- As an ICA Representative, you will:
- Â Collect on accounts 60 days or more delinquent
- Â Treat customers with respect and respond with empathy while remaining firm
- Â Possess strong customer focus with the ability to have detailed conversations
- Â Be 100% phone-based with a focus on outbound
- Â Work in a metrics-driven environment
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Fluent in Spanish is preferred. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED and two years or more related experience and/or training
