POSITION SUMMARY
We have a great opportunity available in our Enact Lender Servicing organization. The role is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of contract services, billing, cash & billing escalations, and customer issues & relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead all aspects of certificate cash and billing escalations, contract services, issues/complaints for the department
Ensures timely and accurate creation of premium billing statements
Partner with Sales organization to establish on-going maintenance of customer relationships
Ability to conduct thorough & accurate research and understand all aspects of the account
Identifies and implements opportunities to improve collection of delinquency/past due premiums
Pinpoints opportunities for cost reduction
Adherence to internal/external regulations
Institute additional checks and balances as appropriate to maintain strong internal controls
Recognize compliance issues and bring to the attention of the Compliance Lead
Interact with other operational and business functional across Genworth
Lead Voice of the Customer (VOC) process and incorporate feedback into solutioning
Assist with projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 years of experience specializing in operations, accounts receivable, payables or mortgage
Strong ability to navigate difficult customer issues in a professional manner
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in conducting thorough and accurate research to resolve issues through the development of effective strategies/solutions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years demonstrated management experience in Mortgage Insurance Servicing
