Automotive Billing Clerk

This position handles all facets of billing of vehicle deals.
Must have the ability to read and interpret sales contracts, tag and title documents, warranties and other deal related documents.
A basic understanding of sales tax calculations for automotive sales.
The right candidate will be a self-starter, independent, work well under pressure, and have a solid background in accounting.
You must have the ability to communicate problems in a concise manner and have the organizational skills to follow up on problems.Responsibilities:Examines contracts to assure conformity to specified requirementsVarious month-end reportsProcesses paperwork on a timely basisPost new and used deals to accounting booksReconcile sales commissionReconcile schedules
