CORPORATE DIRECTOR OF CASE MANAGEMENT

Acadiana Management Group, LLC dba AMG- Integrated Healthcare Management (AMG), an employee-owned company, is hiring a Full-Time Corporate Director of Case Management (DCM) in Lafayette, Louisiana. Under the general supervision of the Senior Vice-President of Regulatory Compliance and Reimbursement (SVP), the DCM works in collaboration with the SVP and Case Managers in each hospital to establish and provide oversight for duties that include: discharge planning; insurance re-certification/authorizations; interdisciplinary team conferences; community resources; and federal/state regulatory compliance. Other responsibilities include the development/maintenance of case management policies and procedures, patient rights, patient satisfaction, and education/training of new and existing hospital case managers. The position is considered a resource for all AMG hospitals and is based in Lafayette, LA AMG Corporate office.

Position Requirements

LCSW, MSW, or RN/LPN active license required, as applicable

10 years Case Management/Social Worker experience preferred

Ability to travel to hospitals as needed (requires overnight travel)
