Job Description

SUMMARY

Provide a special, unique and knowledgeable service to all our guests. The team member will be responsible for assisting and describing the tour process. It will also be expected to know and describe their accommodations and the destination. May also be required to arrange special services and upgrades for their customers. Work closely with the call center to ensure quality packages as well as proper resort distribution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

         Responsible for building relationships with Welcome Center, Tour Desk, Reps and TO's

         Know the numbers and the goals for each day. Review & Confirm all tours the day prior.

         Responsible for reviewing and understanding the current reports via Tableau as well as SAMS.

         Attending the required Departmental meetings as determined by seasonality

         Ensure that all tours are taken by the assigned rep and not to fall under regular rotations

         Meet the Weekly & Monthly Goals (Sales Volume & VPG) Â

         Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment.

         Must exhibit excellent professionalism and destination knowledge. Other duties may be assigned.


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONSÂ

  • Customer Service and good people skills. A people person is a must.
  • Previous Front Desk/Resort Sales experience
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft especially Excel and Outlook is a must.

         Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of six months to a year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write, read and understand reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
