As part of our People Analytics team, you will be working closely with colleagues within Research, Design & Development (RDD). This is a key role supporting the reviewing, analysing, and processing of high-quality data between our Resource Allocation tool and Workday, our global HCM platform.



About the role

Supporting a critical change project, you will be identifying and addressing data integrity issues from our resource management system. Interrogating the data to ensure data integrity and liaising with our HR technology team to accurately reflect our organisational operating model in Workday.


You will ensure the smooth running of our data load processes, whilst also auditing, investigating and correcting resource allocation and Workday errors through consultation with business data owners. You will be:

  • Partnering closely with the business and our global HR technology team to ensure a high degree of data accuracy and integrity at all times, monitoring quality, identifying anomalies and resolving data errors in a timely manner

  • Understanding data content and business requirements, through liaising with a wide variety of business stakeholders including Resource Management system owners, HR technology team, HR Business Partners, Project Teams and functional leads

  • Collecting and preparing data, liaising with the HR technology team to accurately implement and reflect organisational structure changes within Workday

  • Sourcing new data feeds and actively monitoring the performance of our data feeds and reporting platforms, fixing issues

  • Providing support to deliver accurate and timely reporting on both regular and ad-hoc basis



About you

With a natural curiosity and self-motivation to deliver outstanding results you will be experienced in working with large complex data sets across multiple sources. You will have:

  • The ability to understand complex organisational structures, and comfortable working in a high change, fast paced environment with high degrees of ambiguity.

  • Strong business partnering capabilities, effectively working with stakeholders to ensure maximum data accuracy.

  • Excellent Excel capabilities

  • Experience accurately manipulating and analysing high volumes of data, with Python (preferable)

  • Google Cloud Platform experience (Big Query/SQL)

  • Experience/exposure to supporting system integration.

  • Problem solving skills and the ability to spot areas for improvement.

  • An organised and delivery focused approach along with being comfortable working on your own initiative.
