Our client being a brokerage based in the Twickenham, Middlesex area is looking to hire a UK Construction Account Handler
Duties include: Build clients confidence through demonstrating basic product knowledge. Assisting in the handling of claims. Advising on existing products. Minimal knowledge of Construction-related covers to include but not restricted to Employers and Public liability, and Contractors All Risks JCT contract conditions (or similar). Able to deal direct with Senior Account Handlers, Account Executives, Business Developers and Supervisors at all levels ensuring that their demands and needs are met.
Working within commercial construction team supporting both the renewal and new business function based in Twickenham. Take a proactive position regarding workloads within the team and ensuring the delivery of a consistently excellent standard of written correspondence, verbal communications and management processes. To assist in ensuring that all post and diary activity is completed daily in accordance with the internal procedures and performance standards.
