Questech Automotive Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Industry leading client for an experienced HGV Technician / Mobile HGV Technician. This is an excellent chance for a Technician to join a company that offers solid opportunities for personal development and internal progression.
The Role:
You will be an apprentice trained, fully qualified HGV Technician that ideally holds a class 1 or 2 HGV license and has experience working with a variety of LGV and HGV vehicles.
The position is Mobile so you will be based from home and occasionally travel to site.
Duties:
Carrying out Service, Maintenance and Repair of a mixed fleet of vehicles.
Attending breakdowns where needed
Diagnosing faults
Carrying out 6 weekly inspections at customer sites.
Hours:
You will be working Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Overtime is available at an enhanced rate. A Saturday morning may be required.
Pay Rate:
The pay rate will between £13.15 - and £14.50 per hour dependent upon experience. Additional to this you will receive a company van, fuel card, equipment & uniform and you will be paid from home.
